The Nature Conservation Council of NSW is the state’s leading environmental advocacy organisation. They are a "voice for nature in NSW". The group advocates and campaigns to protect nature and for a safe climate, including campaigns to eliminate pesticide pollution. The group's environmental policies outline a positive vision for a sustainable future for New South Wales. Members formulate policy positions and campaigns and also hold an annual conference. Nature Conservation Council's Member Groups are part of a vibrant democratic network of community environmental organisations. There are currently 202 Member Groups who contribute to NCC’s strategic, impactful campaigns to strive for healthy nature and a safe climate for current and future generations.
